Justice and Peace

The quest for peace has a prominent place in the ministry of the Archdiocese of Gulu, given that peace has eluded the people in Northern Uganda for more than two decades. The humanitarian crisis that has resulted continues to challenge the pastoral ministry of the Archdiocese. In a special way, the Justice and Peace Commission of the Archdiocese, together with CARITAS Gulu coordinate the efforts of the Archdiocese in search for peace. The Monthly Justice and Peace Newsletters provide a constant update on peace in the region.
